Inserting Dates and Time

Insert Date allows the current date or time to be quickly added to a document. The formats used for the date and time can be changed via the date and time format advanced settings if a different date or time format is desired.

If Insert Date is used to insert a date into a template document then the date will always appear as the current date whenever the template is opened.
