Default to Plain Text

Advanced setting Default to Plain Text specifies the New command should create a new plain text document, rather than create a rich text document, if its value is set to "1". The following example indicates the New command should create plain text documents:

Default to Plain Text=1

The default is for the New command to create rich text documents:

Default to Plain Text=0
