How to Find Your Jarte Plus Order Number

PayPal before December 9, 2015:
If you purchased Jarte Plus via PayPal on or before December 9, 2015 then you can find the PayPal transaction ID for the purchase by logging into your PayPal account and searching the transaction history. Purchases made using PayPal funds after December 9, 2105 were processed through FastSpring (see FastSpring below).

Credit Card Before July 1, 2005:
If you purchased Jarte Plus via credit card before July 1, 2005 then your purchase was handled by SWREG, our e-commerce partner at that time. You can determine your Jarte Plus order number by using SWREG's order locator page.

Credit Card After July 1, 2005 and before March 20, 2013:
If you purchased Jarte Plus via credit card after July 1, 2005 and before March 20, 2013 then your purchase was handled by Plimus (now called BlueSnap), our e-commerce partner at that time. You can determine your Jarte Plus order number by using BlueSnap's order locator page.

Credit Card After March 20, 2013 and PayPal after December 9, 2015:
If you purchased Jarte Plus via credit card after March 20, 2013, or via PayPal after December 9, 2015, then your purchase was handled by FastSpring, our current e-commerce partner. You can obtain your Jarte Plus order number by using FastSpring's Consumer Support page.
